First and foremost I want to express how passionate I am about languages and especially teaching language. I remember that since I was a child language has been my passion and English my principal focus which I started studying in my school as well as in a language center.  I admired my teacher for all that she was teaching me and how was teaching. The years passed and I saw that I loved being able to communicate with my classmates and explaining them things that I learned in another language. I learned new things about different cultures and it was something that always interested me.  Thus little by little I discovered what I want to be: a language teacher.

I wish to show my Philosophy of teaching, my essential objectives, and characteristics of my work as a future teacher.

Philosophy of Teaching Statement

In my University (Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana) I have had the space to organize and investigate many of the activities for teaching Spanish language to foreigners. On Wednesday of every week I demonstrated my passion in front of many students from different parts of world who are interested in learning language and practice their language in conversation clubs, and I also conducted tutorials to some students. That was a challenge for me when it came to teaching them because all of the students had a different level of Spanish.  It was fundamental for me to know the levels that each one had and how to work when I am teaching and preparing the activities for my classes.

English for me, is part of a cultural and social context in which people have the ability to communicate, culture being a whole of knowledge and beliefs, people living in and from language, the world of our social relations, of all our activities, and our interpretations of everything that is part of socialization for the person of a society or community assimilate the culture through language which allows to understand the world in different forms.

Education is carried out by means of language, thus I hope to effectively be able to use different communication strategies for teaching, for exchanging ideas and experiences in the second language, in order to facilitate dialogue, discussions and different dialects, I want to help my students to build, organize, research, understand, and obtain new experiences of learning, and students can be competent in different aspects.

The conversation clubs had an important characteristic whichwas to interact with each other; to have competence for student can to confront the different situations where students can use their knowledge and skills. In fact it was a great pleasure because it was my first experience of being a teacher of the Spanish language for foreigners.

As I had mentioned before new students came to my classes every day and it was a challenge to be able to control everything so that each of them would feel comfortable in the classes, with what I was teaching them, and with the different activities.

My experience with teaching in my life has been surprising in general in Spanish and after, I had a experience English teaching, firstly I started in my fourth university level I had a beginning in the teaching of Spanish language for foreign and finished in the fifth levels in 2013.I had the opportunity of do a practice of "contextos diversos" in the first semester 2013 which was enriching both in my was in my career as a profession, as an experience and as social, academic and cultural feedback. Here I have the freedom to express my desires to be a teacher of languages, my feelings, my ways and my attitudes in my philosophy of teaching.

It was my experiences and my desires as a teacher
